Who can use MienKar
You must be an adult and provide accurate information. One person may hold one account and may act as both a service seeker and a service provider.
MienKar's role
MienKar is a marketplace that connects seekers with independent providers. Providers are not employees of MienKar. We verify identity and moderate conduct, but the service itself is delivered by the provider.
Bookings and payments
Booking a provider authorises the total shown — provider price, travel fee where applicable, MienKar's commission and taxes. Funds are held and released only after you confirm completion or the confirmation window passes without a reported problem.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancelling before the configured cutoff releases the hold in full. Later cancellations, no-shows and partial services may be settled at MienKar's discretion after review.
Provider obligations
Providers must hold any licence or qualification required for regulated work, arrive as agreed, keep communication on MienKar until a booking is complete, and never request off-platform payment.
Prohibited conduct
No harassment, discrimination, illegal services, misrepresented credentials, fake reviews, off-platform circumvention, or sharing another member's personal information.
Disputes and enforcement
Reported problems freeze payment while MienKar reviews the booking. We may issue full or partial refunds, release payouts, split settlements, or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
MienKar provides the platform as-is and is not liable for the acts of independent providers beyond the amounts held for the affected booking, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
