How do I know a provider is trustworthy?

Providers upload an identity document that our team reviews before the verified badge appears. Ratings, completed jobs and reviews come only from real, completed bookings — they cannot be bought or faked.

When is my money taken?

The total is authorised and held when you book. It is not released to the provider when they accept. Payment is captured and paid out only after you confirm the service was completed.

What if something goes wrong?

Report a problem from the booking tracker. Payment is frozen immediately and a MienKar admin reviews the case, approving a full refund, partial refund, payout or split decision.

Can I contact a provider before booking?

No. Chat, voice and video unlock only after a booking is accepted and payment is held. Personal phone numbers and emails stay hidden, and off-platform contact details are redacted in chat.

What does MienKar charge?

Every quote shows the provider price, travel fee where relevant, MienKar's commission and taxes separately before you confirm. There are no hidden fees.

Can I be both a seeker and a provider?

Yes. One account does both. Set up your provider profile from your account page, get verified, and start receiving matched requests in the Provider hub.

Which payment methods are supported?

ABA PayWay hosted checkout: ABA Pay, KHQR, cards and other PayWay methods. MienKar never stores your card details. Payments run in clearly labelled demo mode until live credentials are configured.

Do you support scheduled bookings?

Yes. Reserve a slot in advance and the pre-authorisation is triggered closer to the appointment rather than holding your funds for weeks.
